The staff helped me with directions. I appreciated that. the room had a fridge, useful for storing drinks. i liked the blackout curtains. They ensured good sleep. a nearby convenience store provided easy access to snacks!

The location was great, with three metro stations only a short walk away. This made getting around the city super easy. I really appreciated the convenience. I also liked that they had a microwave in the lobby for warming food. The staff were very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels were brought daily.
The instructions for requesting room cleaning weren't very clear. It's not clear that you have to ask for it specifically, every time.
